How To Buy a Steve Robinson Glass Splashback

To order a splashback in one of the designs from our existing collections – eg Stripe, Mono, Earth etc – please contact us or call 01437 721357 with details of your chosen design, the required size and your address. We will then confirm the price for you, including the cost for nationwide delivery and/or fitting if required. Upon acceptance of our quotation we will ask for full payment in order to confirm the order and to reserve a place in our production schedule. We accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone, by cheque or by bank transfer.

We may need to check certain details with you – for example whether or not the glass is to be fitted into a tight space and if so what (if any) tolerance has been allowed in the measurements provided to us. Rest assured that we will always ask the necessary questions to ensure that the glass will be made to the correct measurements but if you have any worries or queries please just ask.

If you wish to see any of our designs first-hand before ordering you are welcome to visit our studio, or alternatively contact us for details of sample arrangements.

In some parts of the UK we are now able to arrange for Steve to come and see you at home to discuss your splashback requirements. There is a charge for this service, which varies according to your location, but it is fully refundable against the cost of the order if you go ahead. Orders for kitchen splashbacks, wall hangings and sink splashbacks are typically despatched within four weeks of receipt of payment. Commissions for unique glass splashback designs will usually take a little longer.
